During your first visit we can provide you with your treatment plan and an estimate of the costs involved toward your dental health.
We accept most insurance PPO plans. We also accept assignment of benefits for many of the insurance companies. Your co-pay, deductible, and percentage varies according to the benefits of your plan. Payment is expected at time of service. Please call us with your insurance company information and we will let you know your benefits by phone.
We collect in full for all services when you are insured with a company that we are NOT contracted with. However, we will submit the claim to your insurance for reimbursement of services rendered.
For patients who wish to finance their portion of dental expenses, we do work in partnership with an outside financing company. This company will extend up to 12 months of no-interest financing of dental service in our office. Please visit www.carecredit.com to apply prior to your appointment if this service is needed, as it will save time here in our office.
